STANDARD POLICY (All year – excluding Holiday Periods)
- Reservations require a minimum 30% deposit by card or bank transfer.
- Cancellations without cost are allowed up to 5 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations after this period are charged in full.
STRICT CANCLLATION POLICY (applies TO ALL HOLIDAY PERIODS)
- Reservations are Non-Refundable & require a minimum 50% deposit by card or bank transfer.

LOTUS SPA. Reservations & Policy:
Please book in advance. Since our facility is entirely and exclusively dedicated to your group alone for the duration of your session, we encourage you to reserve your preferred time prior to use; for the Hammam & Hydromassage facilities, up to 24hrs beforehand; and for Treatments & Massage therapies which necessitate an additional specialist, from 2 to 5 days beforehand.
All reservations must be secured by credit card and telephone number.

To re-schedule or cancel an appointment: please notify reception a minimum of 6 hours prior to Facility Use, or for Massage & Therapies, a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.
